RE-SOURCE.BIO combines the ITN-RESOURCE and the AOP:

Previously known as ITN-INFINITY, the ITN-RESOURCE.BIO clusters the international academic collaborations within AUGent with focus on bioresource recovery from by-products and waste streams in the agro-food value chain.

It specifically aims at:

  • Supporting UGent international educational programs,

  • Fostering a vigorous student exchange and a joint PhD program,

  • Outreaching to researchers through summers schools and participation at international conferences.

Stimulates and strengthens research and services on resource recovery within the AUGent association.

Activities are thematically spread over 6 spearpoints, each organized via a dedicated Working Group.
