RE-Source.Bio is involved in Joint Initiatives with its Partners to help develop a biobased circular economy
For another year, a national Belgian competition of the Biobased Innovation Student Challenge Europe (BISC-E) will be organized in 2023!
Do you want to design a creative bio-based solution as a multidisciplinary student team (BSc and MSc)? The Belgium phase of the Bio-based Innovation Student Challenge Europe (BISC-E), organized by GREEN-CHEM and End-of-Waste/RE-SOURCE.BIO networks from AUGent, encourages students to explore innovation and business development in the emerging bioeconomy while developing a new biobased product or process. Registrations are open until 3 March 2023!

Previous initiatives
GLIMPS.bio, together with RE-Source.Bio and other partners, wants to find and implement solutions for organic waste streams in the city of Ghent, such as spent coffee grounds, orange peels and bread waste. The core of the project is a hackathon & accelerator program where we offer entrepreneurs & researchers the right tools and support to develop their circular business ideas into a proof of concept & business plan.
